Why choose this Surface Mounted Emergency Light?
The Globex Lighting surface mounted emergency light is a great alternative to the naturally bulky, heavy fixtures and extreme performance due to its bright LED 3W lamp.
Reduce Your Running Costs – This light consumes less than 1W of power in standby mode, compared to the older models which need at least 5W of power in stand by mode. This light is improved up to 5 times on the original design. Although it doesn’t seem like much, once you factor in the potentially hundreds of emergency lights in a building, it can make a huge difference.
Reduce Your Maintenance Costs – Another big benefit of LED emergency units is the maintenance aspect. LED fittings don’t need to be changed any where near as much compared to the incandescent/halogen fixtures that are in many older buildings. This means, fewer replacements, fewer fees.
Can a replacement battery be purchased?
Replacement batteries are generally not provided in products such as spitfires, due to the price being quite low, it is far less time consuming and cheaper to swap over the fitting than it is to replace the battery in these fittings. We provide a 3 year warranty on the product itself, which is the longest warranty offered in Australia for both the fitting and the battery. This means that if the battery does become faulty within the 3 years, we will send you a new fitting free of charge. This is our way of showing that we stand by our products to back it for years!
